AI Business Transformation
I start with the work, not the model. Where is AI worth the investment, what’s ready to test, and what needs to change for people to use it?
AI Executive · GTM · Business Builder
I turn customer problems into products, revenue, and better ways of working. I own strategy, P&L, GTM, and delivery.
Background
I’m interested in what happens after the demo: how people work, what customers can do, and whether the investment makes sense.
For 15+ years across B2B SaaS, consulting, and enterprise software, I’ve worked on the questions that don’t come with a clear brief. I find the opportunity, decide what’s worth building, and bring the right people together to make it happen.
Today, I lead an AI business with accountability for P&L, revenue, pipeline, and product launches. My team spans product development, enterprise consulting, tailored implementation, managed services, and enterprise solutioning for complex sales motions.
Expertise
I start with the work, not the model. Where is AI worth the investment, what’s ready to test, and what needs to change for people to use it?
I work from customer discovery through launch and sales. The questions stay practical: who needs this, why would they choose it, and how do we get it to them?
I own the numbers as well as the roadmap. Revenue, pipeline, cost, and risk all have a say in what gets built next.
I build teams that can make good decisions without waiting for me. That takes clear ownership, repeatable ways of working, and leaders with room to grow.
More of the work
Not everything fits neatly into a case study. Here are a few other kinds of work I’ve helped bring to life.
Helped launch an NFT marketplace with Olympians, shaping the customer experience for exclusive digital drops and offerings.
Worked on real-time localization experiences for major sports leagues, helping content reach broader audiences faster.
Built toward minute-by-minute news analysis so teams could surface what mattered as stories developed.
Applied AI to career-site and talent experiences, making it easier for people to find the right paths and information.
Used AI to speed up the creation of highlights, recaps, and other media moments that would otherwise take manual effort.
Automated parts of investor relations, purchasing, and sales workflows to reduce friction and improve how work gets done.
NDAs keep me from sharing too much online, so I’m keeping these examples general :)
Selected impact
Turned what buyers and field teams were telling us into product and go-to-market decisions that helped multiply revenue and build a multimillion-dollar qualified pipeline.
Lead AI discovery and proof-of-concept work, helping enterprise teams sort through the opportunities, prioritize by impact, effort, and cost, and build a clearer case for investment.
Built a portfolio process that puts ROI, feasibility, and risk next to each investment decision. It drove significant cost reduction and made the tradeoffs clearer.
Grew a function that started with me into a team of consultants, product managers, and analysts. Built the routines and ownership needed for the team to carry the work forward.
Public cases
From a six-week holiday launch to fully synthetic commentary, these are public examples of ideas moving from concept to market.
We had six weeks and a holiday deadline. I led the generative AI product team that brought Cameo Kids to market, covering voice cloning, quality checks, integration, and child-friendly safeguards. The launch generated significant revenue for Veritone and led to an expanded strategic partnership with Cameo.

Could live sports data become commentary without a human in the generation loop? I developed the proof of concept and executive pitch, then led go-to-market with Stats Perform, including sales enablement and product alignment. The concept was ahead of the market and showed what fully synthetic commentary could become before the technology and distribution ecosystem were fully ready.

I led the Voice portfolio’s early move into generative AI, adding automated scripting, voiceovers, highlights, and recaps to media workflows. Veritone Generative AI received the 2023 IABM BaM Award for monetization.

I’ve written about AI, media, and what the technology means for the people doing the work. These pieces explore where it can help and what businesses need to think through.
A guide to generative AI, where it can help, and what businesses need to consider before adopting it.
What changes for media teams when AI becomes part of creating, organizing, and making money from content.
How I operate
“The request is where the conversation starts. Not where it ends.”
I spend time with enterprise buyers and field teams, asking what’s actually getting in the way. I’m listening for the problem behind the request, because that’s what should shape the product.
Then I stay close to the work. Customer needs, delivery realities, and the budget rarely arrive neatly aligned. My job is to help the team make the tradeoffs and keep moving.
My measure of leadership: build a business that grows and a team that thrives without me in the room.
What’s next
Building an AI business, launching a product, or figuring out where AI belongs in your organization? That’s a conversation I’d like to have. You don’t need a polished brief.
